Keep an eye on your inbox! Within 48 business hours (often much faster!), we'll email the address you provided at checkout. In that email, we'll say hello and ask for your logo file (Vector files like .ai, .eps, .svg are preferred, but high-res .png or .jpg work too!), website/text details, brand colors, and any initial layout ideas you might have.
(Tip: Please double-check your checkout email for accuracy and peek in your spam folder just in case our message hides in there!)
Once we have your info, our team will get creative and put together 1-2 digital mockup designs showing how great your branding looks on the 3x1 textured strip format.
We’ll email the mockups directly to you. Take your time to carefully review the design(s) – check the layout, spelling, colors, everything!

Your feedback is everything! See something you want to tweak? Want to try a different color combo or layout shown in the proofs? Just let us know by replying to the proof email. We happily include unlimited revisions because our ultimate goal is for you to be 100% thrilled with your unique design.

Once you reply with "It's perfect!" or give your final okay on a specific design, we lock it in!

With your crucial approval, we move your custom textured stickers into production using our high-quality direct-print process, package them with care, and get them shipped out to you!

Do you have an amazing in-house graphic designer or feel comfortable creating your own print-ready artwork based on your brand guidelines? We fully support that!

While our standard Collaborative Design Process (detailed in the tab above) includes our team creating mockups and handling revisions for you, we understand some organizations prefer to prepare their own final files.

How the Template Option Works:

• Request the Template: Simply let us know you'd like our design template after placing your order. You can add a note during checkout or just tell us when we send our initial follow-up email.
• We'll Send It Over: We'll email you a template file (e.g., PDF or AI format) showing the exact dimensions, resolution requirements (300 DPI minimum recommended), and any required bleed or safety margins for print.
• You Design: Your team uses the template to create your final, print-ready artwork. (Vector files like PDF, AI, EPS usually produce the best results, but we also accept high-resolution raster files like PNG or JPG).
• Submit Your File: Send us your finished, print-ready file via email.
• Digital Proof: After receiving your print-ready artwork, we perform a quick technical review and will email you a digital proof showing your design mocked up on the textured strip. We require your final approval on this proof before printing begins.

Tax Exempt Orders

• Yes, we gladly accept tax-exempt orders!
• How to Order: When you proceed to the payment stage of checkout, please select the payment method specifically labeled "Invoice me-tax exempt". (This option allows you to complete your order placement now without immediate payment capture and bypasses automatic sales tax.)
• What Happens Next:

1. Once your order is placed using this method, we will mark your customer account as tax-exempt in our system.
2. We will then email you a revised, official invoice with the sales tax removed.
3. We will also need you to provide your valid tax exemption certificate or number for our records – you can simply email a copy to us at [email address removed].

• Payment: You'll be able to easily pay the correct, tax-free invoice online via a link in the invoice email.

Purchase Orders (POs)

We understand many institutions use Purchase Orders. Here is our policy:

• Schools & Universities: We readily accept official Purchase Orders from schools, school districts, and universities. To order using a PO, please select the "Invoice me-tax exempt" payment option at checkout to submit your order details. Then, email your signed, official PO document to amber@texturedstickers.com, making sure to reference your order number. We will process the order and invoice according to the terms on your PO.
• Other Organizations: For businesses or non-educational organizations wishing to use a Purchase Order, acceptance is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us first at [email address removed] before placing your order online to discuss your needs and confirm if we can accommodate payment via PO for your organization.

• Your order is custom-made just for you! Please allow 2 business days for production AFTER you have given your final approval on the digital design proof we send via email. This production time allows us to carefully print, quality check, and package your bulk order.
• All orders ship with care from our small business located in sunny St. George, Utah, USA.
• We typically ship bulk orders within the US via UPS and USPS. Tracking information is included, and you'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is on its way. Depending on the order size and destination, expedited shipping options might be available at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped, domestic delivery usually takes an estimated 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location. Please remember that these are estimates provided by the carriers, and actual delivery times can sometimes vary due to factors outside our control (like weather or carrier delays).
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the specific shipping options and their costs presented during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
